Sarah Perry

President

Sarah brings to the board a level of community driven leadership that expands beyond soccer. As a mentor and coach, Sarah has spent the better half of her life uplifting the youth in many Vermont communities. She has served on several non-profit committees giving her the experience necessary to lead VT Fusion.

Sarah achieved a BS in Environmental Science with a concentration in Natural Resources from Johnson State College. While at JSC, she took the colleges Outing Club to the next level. Creating an organization that provided all students with the opportunity to learn and grow emotionally while experiencing new sports in the outdoors. To this day, JSC Outing Club still runs on the same platform. Sarah brings that same stewardship to VT Fusion Soccer.

Her Vermont ties run deep and she is committed to bettering youth sports in the Manchester & Mountain communities and beyond.

Eric

Eric Perry

VP, Director of Operations & WPSL Player Services

Eric has over 20 years of project managing experience. He earned a BA in Business with a concentration in Sports and Leisure Management from Johnson State College in 1992.

Eric is currently the Director of Operations and Co-Director of the Green Mountain Challenge for Fusion Soccer. As a Manchester resident with strong local connections, Eric knows the ins and outs of the area and surrounding mountain towns and communities.

His involvement as a volunteer, licensed soccer coach, referee, and collegiate soccer player brings knowledge of the game as well the organizational piece to VT Fusion.

Chris

Chris Chapdelaine

Administrator, Technical Director & WPSL General Manager

Chris played at Castleton University and has a BA in Developmental Psychology as well as an MA in Athletic Leadership. In addition, Chris is the director of club sports at Castleton, overseeing all phases of 20 different teams, their budgets and making all arrangements so that they can compete/succeed

Chris enters his 18th season as the head coach of the Castleton women's soccer team leading the Spartans to a record of 190-118-25. He has won 5 conference championships and produced numerous all conference, all region and new England players. His teams are consistent winners of academic and ethics awards.

He has been a coach at Fusion for 7 years. He has a United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Diploma and Level 3 Goalkeeping Diploma. He is also a USC Associate Staff Coach.
