Our Mission

It’s more than just a game. Our mission with this team is to cultivate a life-long passion for the sport of soccer and more specifically, women’s soccer. Vermont Fusion is committed to growth of soccer in Vermont and in our local Manchester community. We want to offer an opportunity to better the level of play available to area players.

We will encourage an environment that focuses on growth within social, emotional and physical realms. Personal growth and life skills will be developed through personal connections with our athletes in safe, healthy, positive environment. We develop an appreciation and acknowledgment of the benefits of hard work, motivation and persevere through the adversity of the game. We will connect our players as authentic role models and leaders with aspiring youth within the Manchester community and promote gender equality and the empowerment of females in our community.
